Shredding!

Here's a photo of my brother and I playing Guitar Hero III at my parents house on Thanksgiving. We rock hard.

Seriously, I fucking need to go to bed right now. What the hell is wrong with me?

Jott Doesn't Work

Hey there oft neglected blog. You may notice a few posts below where it looks like I don't know English very well. I was trying out Jott - a voice blogging, twittering, note taking service. Sounds cool, until you realize it doesn't really work for a couple of reasons:

1.) You can only speak for 30 seconds.

2.) It doesn't learn your voice and thus consistently transcribes posts wrong.

On top of that, I heard that this service is driven by coal shoveling behind the scenes and they actually outsource some amount of transcription to be done by humans. Seriously.

Great concept, just not ready for prime time yet.

I am sick. I have been...

I am sick. I have been pushing my body and fighting at nature for a very very very long time and now ironically enough Mother Nature has decided to hit me back with the eve of a nice long weekend and a few days off from work, ironic and awesome. I am glad to you Mother Nature. listen

* Bouncing Souls - Hopeless Romantic
* Anti-Flag - A New Kind of Army
* Against Me! - Slurring the Rhythms ('
* Mission of Burma - Period (Never heard this song before...)
* Anti-Flag - This is the End (For You My Friend)
* Minus the Bear - El Torrente
* The Strokes - Automatic Stop
* The Autum Defense - Spend Your Life
* Rogue Wave - Like I Needed
* 311 - I'll Be Here A While
* Minus the Bear - Micho's Death Drive
* Fear Before The March Of Flames - Ten Seconds in Los Angeles
* William Shatner - Common People
* Lucero - And We Fell
* Patton Oswalt - Beautiful People and a Bridge Troll
* Stabbing Westward - Torn Appart (Why is this on my iPod?)

I'm heading home. Interesting that shuffle was so punk heavy up front and played a few bands twice. Mystery!

My watch is freaking...

My watch is freaking out right now, for whatever reason my watch is sleeping and it's inconsistent time and also flashing it's indigo light on, I am not sure if I did something to cause it or it's dying, but its really bothering me, my watch is very important to me. listen

I'm driving into Cambridge...

I'm driving into Cambridge via the Mass Pike and I hit a toll, and the person in front of me on the toll paid my toll which is interesting [...] doesn't happened a lot. And also because I thought I was kind of driving [..] trying to make up some extra time. Though it just kind of caught me off guard. And maybe I'll try to be nicer in the future. listen

Just came from a show...

Just came from a show and I think it's pretty interesting that I'm so uncomfortable after shows if I'm going to see them or if I'm in them. The whole social post experience is a tremendous panic enthusic nightmare for me. Kind of odd considering how many shows I go to and participate in. listen

Signed up to Jott thing...

Signed up to Jott thing which seems really exciting but now that I'm trying it, I'm kind of disappointed. Mainly, because we have 30 seconds in which you can talk. And I think that's just about up, maybe about now. listen

Even Lightswitch Covers!

Here's a cool pic of me in costume as 'Lisa Frank Guy' (aka Pasticcio) from Friday's Wasteland show (The Self or 'Oh Mirror You Always Know What To Say'). Photo credit goes to the ever awesome Catie Howell.

Speaking of Weddings

Here is an odd wedding day photo I had kicking around in my phone. The photos came out great. Also, I had a foosball table in my pre wedding holding room. What a lifesaver.

A Ring!

About a month ago I got married. It was wonderful. In fact, the whole experience was way more fun than I ever thought it could be. I'm going to be a happy man for a long, long time. I just wish I took my honeymoon sooner.

I'd been holding off on blogging until I commented on this. Now I have - let the floodgates open...
